By now most of you know the horrible news that hit this Terashain family this last Tuesday. PFC Dustin Feldhaus, Niki's son, and Lance's stepson was killed in Afghanistan during an ambush while defending this country. If you have been to any of our shows in the last 10 years, you know how passionate we are about toasting to the Troops. And when Dustin went off to fight with the 101st Airborne, I couldn't have been more proud... and worried. We toasted every night that we played, and we had him in the forefront of our minds and hearts when we did it. Now our worst fears have slapped us all right in face, and friends, it stings... it stings hard. So hard that I really don't have much to say right now. I'm shocked, stunned, and my heart hurts, and I know that all of you are feeling the same. I will do what I can to keep you all posted on details surrounding services for Dustin. Until then, please keep Niki, Lance and the entire family in your hearts and prayers, and hug your loved ones a little tighter tonight knowing that we all CAN do just that in this country kept FREE by amazing and incredible soldiers like Dustin.
